Cheat option:
Go to the main menu, then push L, R, L, R, X, white, black, X
buttons combination on your Xbox controller to get access to
the cheat menu.
Unlock Extreme mode:
Finish the game once on normal or hard difficulty level to get access
to the extreme difficulty level.
