At Vehicle selection screen
Hold R + L and push black, white, X, X, Y buttons, then release R + L
at the vehicle selection screen to unlock Tache Telpan XSU-K0cc Racer.
If the code is accepted, you will hear a sound.

Use Same Vehicles In System Link:
The game does not let you to select the same vehicles when racing in a
multiplayer mode (LAN). To avoid this, all players must hold the Y
button before selecting at the vehicle selection screen.
